Leda Vincent Lee as born in Milton, South Island New Zealand. She married Edward Marryatt Grant and the couple settled in Wellington. She worked in watercolour and oils and was a requent exhibitor at the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts showing regularly there from 1929 until 1964. Grant exhibited also exhibited at the Auckland Society of Arts and the Canterbury Society of Artists. She died in South Africa in 1975.
Muriwai, also called Muriwai Beach, is a coastal community on the west coast of Auckland Region in the North Island of New Zealand.
