Cornelia Dibble (sometimes known as Clarissa) was born in Scotland and studied at Bromley School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools. Her idiosyncratic imagination lends a strong Surrealist feel to much of her work, which she exhibited extensively at the Portal Gallery, London. Her work can be found in many private collections and was in the collection of Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach.
